No more Miceparty as you know it; we’re moving away from the concept you’ve been familiar with for years. We’ll still be celebrating, but in a whole new way. Our industry is constantly evolving toward the next best event ever. We share that drive to innovate and hope to surprise you like never before.
Welcome to the MICETROS: a gala dinner show, a spectacular event organized by Sophie Naze and her team at KonseptS. This anniversary year is the occasion for this event, but the evening will be entirely dedicated to our amazing clients and partners who have supported us throughout the years. It will be a tribute to all of you who give your best every day to create beautiful moments for your clients.
Why this name?
MICE – Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events – is at the heart of our work, and ‘Maestro’ represents how we see our colleagues and partners: true masters in their field. During the MICETROS gala dinner, we will not only celebrate our anniversary, but also highlight the ‘maestros’ of the MICE industry with three prestigious awards.

Digital Content Award
The Digital Content Award recognizes the creativity and innovation of companies in their use of social media to tell their organization’s and events’ stories in an original way. Whether it’s an inspiring Instagram Reel, an engaging TikTok, a captivating Facebook post, or an immersive story, this award celebrates the most effective and creative approaches to digital content.
An independent panel of three experts will evaluate the entries and track clients to identify potential nominees. Additionally, companies have the option to nominate themselves for this award by contacting us via email. We encourage all companies to share their unique stories with us and compete for this prestigious award!
Achievement Award
The Achievement Award is a personal recognition aimed at individuals who have made an extraordinary impact in the MICE industry or within their own organization. Do you know someone who has committed themselves to a good cause, is an exceptionally good leader, or an innovative thinker who has made a difference in recent years? This award offers a chance to shine a light on this inspiring person.

Man in Black Award
The Man in Black Award is a unique recognition open to everyone working in the MICE industry. Whether you’re a sound technician, a waiter, or fulfill another role, anyone can be eligible for this prestigious award. We consider this award one of the most important because no event can be successful without the essential contributions of all those people working behind the scenes.
Like our other awards, this one is not limited to a specific group, and we encourage everyone to nominate candidates for this award. This year, Mice Magazine made its mark at our venue, Carré. The Mice Party 2022 was a very successful evening for people from the event sector and the organizers, Oliver and Erik.
Outside, you could enjoy delicious food trucks and entertainment, giving you a true festival feeling. Armand Magic showcased his best illusions, and there were also thrilling circus acts to enjoy. Inside, it was a blend of music, lights, and ambiance that left you wanting more.
